Each black bar and white bar has its representative meaning, and even a high-end scanner cannot scan an incomplete barcode.
Four. Check whether the content of the barcode printing is very tight. Due to the limitation of the width of the barcode label, some barcode content is too long and must be reduced in proportion to be completely printed. Barcode scanners are divided into ordinary scanners and high-precision barcode scanners. . If the scanner is not high-precision, it is almost impossible to scan a barcode with a high density. This is the problem that the selected scanner does not match the printed content of the barcode. The method of detecting matching and mismatching is very simple. You can first print a barcode label with a short data content for testing.
Five. Analyze whether the quality of the printed barcode reaches the grade. Of course, you can’t buy a professional barcode detector for testing. Ordinary users can use the naked eye to identify the quality of the barcode printing. As we all know, the barcode is composed of black bars and white bars according to the corresponding Standard composition, so you can check whether the printed black bars are clear. If there are some white spots on the black bars, it can be judged that the quality of the barcode is not very good, but the barcode scanner with better performance can still read it. If the black bars are incomplete, it means that the barcode is completely unreadable. It is recommended to check the equipment that prints the barcode.
